Today we’re sitting down with Elara Rowan from Witch, Unleashed. The interview took place in Rowan Grove.
No one is entirely sure whether the forest approved.

Q: Tell us about yourself.
“I protect Rowan Grove.”
That’s it?
“That’s the answer.”
Q: People say you’re intimidating.
“They usually say that after I’ve threatened them.”
Q: Fair.
“Thank you.”
Q: What’s your ideal date?
“Anywhere quiet.”
That’s surprisingly normal.
“I’m not taking a man into a cursed forest on a first date.”
Q: What was your first impression of Griffin Hale?
“Annoying.”
Q: And your second impression?
“Still annoying.”
Q: Third?
Elara stares for a very long time.
“Unfortunately attractive.”
Q: What’s something readers would be surprised to know about you?
“I cry during animal rescue videos.”
Q: What do you value most?
“Loyalty.”
The answer comes instantly.
No hesitation.
No jokes.
Just certainty.
Q: What scares you?
The smile disappears.
“Failing the people who depend on me.”
For a moment, she looks past us toward the trees. Toward Rowan Grove itself. And suddenly it’s obvious. Elara isn’t fearless. She’s simply willing to be afraid and keep moving anyway.
That’s what makes her dangerous. And perhaps what makes readers love her so much…. Because courage isn’t the absence of fear. It’s choosing something more important.
Even when the cost is high.
Love this book? You can grab it directly from my website or through my Amazon author page. When you purchase from my website, a larger portion of the sale goes directly to supporting my writing, allowing me to create more stories, mental health resources, and magical guides without relying on algorithms or advertising. You’ll also find exclusive bonuses, free reader gifts, and occasional special offers that aren’t always available elsewhere. If Amazon is your preferred bookstore, that’s perfectly fine too. Either way, thank you for supporting an independent author who spends an unreasonable amount of time talking to fictional people and turning it into books.
